Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At our studio, we strive to provide every client with the highest level of service and care. In order to honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that all clients respect our scheduling policies. 🔹 Notice Requirement If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time. 🔹 Late Cancellations & Rescheduling Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service amount. This fee is necessary to cover time and resources reserved specifically for you. 🔹 No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without any notice may be charged up to 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay future appointments. 🔹 Why This Policy Matters Our time is dedicated exclusively to you during your appointment. Last-minute changes prevent us from filling the time with other clients who may be waiting for an opening. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.
